If you have any objection to this, kindly drop us an email at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:contact@curiositykidsindia.com\">contact@curiositykidsindia.com<\/a><\/li><li>CKIPL shall use partner\u2019s logo on its website &amp; social media<\/li><li>CKIPL will collect and use the parents personal data (i.e. Name, mobile number and email address) in order to<br \/>maintain the CKIPL database<\/li><li>Children\u2019s safety is very important to us and we make sure to take all necessary steps for that. CKIPL will not<br \/>be responsible for any injury caused to any child or adult during the session. CKIPL will not be responsible for<br \/>any damage caused to the venue<\/li><li>Please let us know if any child has any allergies or medical conditions<\/li><li>Children have to follow appropriate covid-19 protocol as mandated by the local Government at the time of the<br \/>session<\/li><li>Please do not send your child if he\/she is unwell<\/li><li>All fees paid are non-refundable. Fees must be paid before the session<\/li><li>For some locations we will charge transportation costs. The transportation cost will be agreed upon<br \/>before the experience starts<\/li><li>Date of the confirmed session cannot be changed<\/li><li>There will be no make-up session if the child is absent<\/li><li>Please make sure there is appropriate space &amp; furniture for CKIPL to conduct the session<\/li><li>If CKIPL decides to cancel the session under any circumstances, refund \/ credit (to be used for future CKIPL<br \/>experiences at the respective organizer) will be issued to parents<\/li><li>Minimum of 10 paid registrations are required to run the session<\/li><li>Please ensure a supervisor is on-site during the session<\/li><li>For offline sessions, all materials will be provided during the session.For online sessions, list of materials<br \/>required will be emailed to the parents prior to the session.<\/li><li>CKIPL is free to conduct its sessions at other venues<\/li><li>CKIPL&#8217;s sessions\/curriculum\/ worksheets\/experiment details\/ or any other material used\/delivered during the<br \/>sessions cannot be recorded (through any form or medium) or shared further &#8211; without CKIPL&#8217;s authorisation.<\/li><li>Please do not take any pictures or recordings of any part of the CKIPL sessions without CKIPL&#8217;s authorisation<\/li><li>Children are not allowed to use their phones during the sessions, phones shall be kept aside &amp; handed over to<br \/>the children post the session.<\/li><li>The Curiosity Kids logo &amp; Trademark in India belongs to CKIPL. The content delivered during the session is<br \/>the property of CKIPL<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Parties:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>50% of the amount is to be paid in advance to confirm the booking. Remaining balance is to be paid 2 days<br \/>before the party<\/li><li>If the number of children joining the party exceeds the number of children paid for, CKIPL will charge the<br \/>applicable amount for the extra number of children joining the party, provided it has sufficient material. If the<br \/>number of children joining the party is less than the number of children paid for, the fees for non-attendees will<br \/>not be refunded<\/li><li>If the party starts 20 mins later than the scheduled time &#8211; additional charge of Rs 1,000 would apply (charges<br \/>vary depending upon the time frame)<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Workshops\/Camps\/Regular Sessions\/Private Sessions: <\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Please ensure a caretaker is contactable during the session. These are drop off sessions and please be on<br \/>time to drop off and pick up the child.
